Standard Shipping Process

• Non-Firearm Products: Typically shipped directly to users unless prohibited by law.
• Firearms: Must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of the user’s choice.
• Ammunition: Some states require ammunition to be sent to an FFL dealer.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with a maximum of 5 days during peak periods.
• Tracking Information: Users will receive notifications and tracking information once their order has been shipped.

FFL Dealers

• Recommended Dealers: A list of recommended FFL dealers is provided.
• User Choice: Users may choose any valid FFL dealer willing to accept the transfer.

Non-Drop-Shipping Manufacturers

• Shipping Method: Products may first ship to Paramount Defense’s facility before being forwarded to users or their chosen FFL dealers.
• Potential Fees: Higher shipping fees and longer transit times may apply for non-drop-shipping manufacturers.

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Pickup Orders

• Local orders that are not picked up within 45 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Custom Orders
