Return Window
- Items can be returned within 10 business days of receipt.
- Returns must be initiated within this timeframe for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Condition of Items
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
- A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- Opened items will incur an additional 15% fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom orders
- “As is” or “used” products
- Installed or used items
- Firearms/NFA items post-ATF paperwork
- Ammunition
- Certain electronic devices
Return Shipping
- All return shipments should be tracked and insured.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any lost or damaged items during transit.
- Note: USPS tracking may take up to 30 days for tracing lost shipments.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out via email or chat to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Return Shipping: Securely pack the item, including all original documentation.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
