Return/Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the details of our return policy:

Return Window

  • Items can be returned within 10 business days of receipt.
  • Returns must be initiated within this timeframe for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  • Opened items will incur an additional 15% fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom orders
  • “As is” or “used” products
  • Installed or used items
  • Firearms/NFA items post-ATF paperwork
  • Ammunition
  • Certain electronic devices

Return Shipping

  • All return shipments should be tracked and insured.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any lost or damaged items during transit.
  • Note: USPS tracking may take up to 30 days for tracing lost shipments.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via email or chat to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Return Shipping: Securely pack the item, including all original documentation.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
